The Beacon Room is the perfect blank canvas. 
With seating for 20 people in conference layout and 30 in audience layout  this very pleasant room has its own entrance lobby, WC and kitchenette.

There is also access to the main lobby, the main kitchen and WCs including disabled facilities.

There is storage for chairs, tables and other equipment. It is an excellent party room.

The French windows provide good natural lighting and open to the south-facing paved and grassed areas.
